Fantasy Makeup: Comic Book Girl
This is the perfect look for anyone who wants to do something fun for Halloween but doesn't want to invest int he extra time or money to buy a costume. The best part of this look is that you can do it with the makeup you already have. Any black liner, bright eyeshadow and red lipstick would work just fine with this look.

Ben Nye Clown White (to define the white on the lips - any white shadow or liner will work good also just maybe not as intense)
